For those of you not already familiar with Club la Costa let us explain who they are and of course what they do.

Many years ago a new concept in holiday property ownership was introduced called timeshare and it was a very popular way for people that could not afford to buy a holiday home outright to own a 'share' of a property.

Unfortunately there were some companies that saw a way to take advantage of genuine people and force them in to onerous and ludicrous contracts.

The real companies invested heavily in the resorts infrastructure and developed a resort that their clients could be proud of and enjoy all year round. One of these companies was Club la Costa who now have a stunning resort on the Costa del Sol and have many satisfied clients.

Timeshare has evolved from its early days and is now often referred to as resort ownership and holiday ownership and there are some big name leisure companies who no offer this concept.

Club la Costa continues to grow and has resorts in many different locations including Spain, Turkey, Scotland and Cornwall.

With the economy in a bad way and the banks simply no lending money for luxuries like holiday homes, holiday ownership is becoming a very popular way to own a part of a holiday 'home'.

At last I found my log in details so I can post lots if useful information about Marbella annd What's going on in Marbella.

Well today is Valentines day so it's off to a fab restaurant in Marbella to have some great food. I am thinking about Tai Pan on the Golden Mile in Marbella. It is a Chinese restaurant that serves modern Chinese food. Have not been for a whil so am looking forward to some seriously good food.
